Commissioning and Production Support
With the delivery of our machines and automation solutions, Vigel ensure efficient installation and commissioning at your site from all our facilities globally. When production is going into operation we can help you as part of our production support, securing production in the initial phase.
Training
Wether we are talking about Europe, North America, China, India... all Vigel facilities can support and carry on dedicated trainings based on specific customer’s requests and needs. All the trainings course are managed by experienced and direct sources of Vigel, ensuring effective tuitions and understanding.
Remote Support and Field Service
With professional remote diagnostics, our technical team can identify and rectify machine problems quickly and easily, reducing on-site deployments over 70%. In all our sites our dedicated service technicians are at your disposal, if the need of a site intervention.
Maintenance
The return of an investment pass through a long productive life, this is possible only with a special care and maintenance. Vigel supports our globally operating customers with periodic maintenance activities/ agreements in order to maintain the reliability, extending the life and contributing to the long terms investments of our clients.
Retrofit & Retooling
Vigel Service provide full retrofit of our machines as well adapt your machining centers and automation solutions to new tasks. If a production retooling or machine relocation is pending, we take over the dismantling and assembly as well as the commissioning and change over to new tasks.
Refurbishment
Most of the key components on our Machines as Spindles, 4th and 5th Axes are designed and built by Vigel, this allow to keep full control on quality and reliability. Refurbishments activities of Vigel key components are in place in all our facilities globally present, full refurbish of key components run by Vigel drastically reduce costs related to numbers of partial repairs, extending their warranty.
Spare parts
A complete range of spare parts stocked and at disposal of our customers in order to drastically reduce down time are settled in all Vigel sites. A sophisticated management's software allow to find the part requested searching the availability in all our structures and deliver it to our customer’s sites. Original parts are kept in stock for several years avoiding most of the impact related to obsolescence of the products.
